    Expert on organisation needs in the different areas of Facility Management and Facility Services, highlighting her participation in important projects of implementation of CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) systems for private organisations and large public agencies.

    Founding member of the Spanish Society of Facility Management and regular speaker in the different masters, seminars and conferences offered in Spain about Facility Management.

  • Julián Fernández | Manager of Business Development Digital Transformation

    Degree in Business Administration from the IQS (Ramón Llull University) and ITM and Advertising and Public Relations from the UOC

    Expert in market prospecting, consulting, capturing companies and clients in Digital Transformation processes.

  • Alexandre Santacana | Sales Manager north-west area

    Technical Industrial Engineer by the University of Terrassa and Master in Business Management and Management-MBA by Bureau Veritas, with a wide experience in management positions related to Facility Management, Outsourcing and Contracting of Facility Services, Management of Smart City projects, Management and Merchandising of business areas associated with Energy and Energy Efficiency, Management and Optimisation of Contracting and Sales, TIC Consulting, Control and building automation, Marketing and Merchandising of Products and IT Solutions.

    Currently, he is in charge of capturing new business opportunities and management of TIC projects related to Facility Management, Facility Services and Smart Cities.

  • Ángela García | Manager of business development

    Holds a degree in environmental science from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master in Environmental Management and Planning from Liverpool University.

    She has worked as a Quality Inspector in Public Institutions, supervising the quality of the maintenance work of public thoroughfare, green spaces and sewerage network, but most of its trajectory has been related to ICT projects applied to sustainability in public and private sector organizations. Currently, it is responsible for defining new ICT business opportunities, especially in the field of Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility and Facility Management.

  • Francisco Ribes | Key account manager

    Degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Barcelona (specialization in Economics of Business), Master in Urban and Real Estate Management and EDP (Executive Development Program) from IESE.

    With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, Francisco has developed its activity in many aspects of it: real estate asset management, investment project studies, PPP-PFI, development and commercialization of real estate promotions, business consulting, implementation Of computer systems, etc. Currently, it is in charge of attracting new business opportunities and managing ICT projects, especially in the area of Facility Management and the Smart Cities.

    Degree in Communication Sciences (Specialization in Advertising and Public Relations) from Ramón Llull University of Barcelona.

    She has more than 15 years of experience developing and strengthening Corporate Communications and Marketing areas, especially in the Human Resources sector and, since her incorporation in Fama Systems in 2004, in the ICT sector focused on the areas of Facility Management, Facility Services, Smart City and Sustainability, through the design of strategies and the execution of actions to support the Commercial and Management area. Great experience in corporate image, product marketing, online marketing, events, news writing and internal communication actions, as well as in aspects of quality and staff selection.
